Tannins are fine, chalky, and moderately firm, giving classic Montepulciano grip without heaviness. The mid‑palate shows violet, dried herbs, cocoa, and a subtle earthy‑mineral thread, adding savoury depth beneath the dark fruit. The finish is long, dry, and neatly spiced, leaving plum skin, blackberry, and a clean herbal‑mineral echo.
