The palate is precise, textural, and quietly powerful, opening with white peach, lemon curd, and grapefruit pithbefore a fine line of flinty reduction adds tension. Acidity is bright but seamlessly integrated, giving the wine a long, coiled, elegant drive. The mid‑palate is silky and layered, showing hints of almond meal, nougat, and cool wet stonewithout ever tipping into heaviness. Subtle oak sits in the background as structure, not flavour. The finish is long, mineral, and gently savoury, leaving citrus peel, peach skin, and a faint smoky‑chalky hum.
