Gentle hand plunging of the individual ferments and minimal working has produced a vibrant wine with bright red berry fruit, spice, and long tannins.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBasket pressed, the wine was matured in 100% French oak and mainly 3 and 4-year-old French oak barriques to ensure that the fruit is the defining feature.
