Wild Duck Creek Springflat Sriraz

Springflat Shiraz is our flagship, crafted since 1991 from four estate vineyards in the Heathcote region. Parcels are vinified separately with a small portion of whole bunch, then matured up to 22 months in French and American oak.

Deep purple in colour, it shows vibrant red fruits with notes of chocolate and cream. The palate is rich yet balanced, with fine acidity and a long, clean finish. Drinking well now, with the structure to age gracefully for up to 15 years.
