TWR Toru

The palate is aromatic, layered, and textural, opening with mango, citrus, red apple, and lychee, supported by white florals and exotic spice. Acidity is fresh and balanced, giving lift to the wine’s gentle richness. Texture is creamy, rounded, and subtly phenolic, a hallmark of the co‑fermented blend. A thread of mineral edge and light spice adds savoury complexity. The mid‑palate is multi‑layered and concentrated, showing pear, citrus, and beeswax with excellent integration of all three varieties. The finish is long, lightly off‑dry, and spicy, leaving citrus, lychee, and a clean mineral echo.
