The palate is pure, textural, and gently creamy, with nashi pear, red apple, and white peach giving a smooth, fresh entry. Acidity is clean and balanced, lifting the fruit without sharpness. Texture is supple, lightly lees‑driven, and subtly phenolic, adding savoury depth beneath the orchard‑fruit core. Hints of quince, citrus peel, and soft spice build through the mid‑palate, leading to a dry, long, and mineral finish with a fine, tactile edge.
