This special batch of sauvignon blanc was made from 100% sauvignon blanc grapes, hand picked, slow cold ferment and aged in French oak.

Tropical notes of pineapple, apple and pear bounce out of the glass with licks of savoury nuttiness and faint herbal notes providing textural depth. Judicious use of oak leads to a more sophisticated expression of the Sauvignon Blanc grape. This fume style is best accompanied with roast chicken and Tassie Pink-eye potatoes!
