Acidity is racy and finely cut, very Yarra in its cool‑climate precision. Texture is sleek, lightly creamy, and subtly flinty, with gentle lees weight sitting under the citrus line. A thread of wet stone, almond meal, and faint struck‑match adds savoury detail. The mid‑palate is focused, pure, and quietly concentrated, showing hints of nectarine and cool herbal lift. The finish is long, dry, and mineral, leaving citrus peel, chalk, and a soft smoky echo.
