Texture is ultra‑fine and dry, with a steely line that keeps everything precise. The mid‑palate shows jasmine, citrus blossom, crushed slate, and a cool mineral core, reflecting the high‑elevation Polish Hill River fruit. The finish is long, chiselled, and mineral‑charged, leaving lime skin, wet stone, and a persistent, humming acidity.
