Clear, pale lemon with silver reflections.

Medium(+) intensity. Aromas of poached pear, red apple, and nectarine are complemented by white floral notes such as jasmine and apple blossom. Subtle hints of citrus zest and baking spice suggest a small influence of old French oak, adding complexity without dominating the fruit.

Dry with medium acidity and medium to medium(+) body. The palate is rich and layered, showing flavours of pear, red apple, and stone fruit, alongside delicate citrus notes. A touch of baking spice and gentle texture from partial oak fermentation contributes depth and complexity.

Medium to medium(+) length with lingering orchard fruit and subtle spice.

Very good quality — balanced with good fruit concentration, freshness from cool-climate acidity, and added complexity from partial oak fermentation.
