Spinifex Rosé 

The palate is fresh, delicate, and quietly complex, opening with flavours of fresh‑cut strawberry, tart redcurrant, and pink grapefruit, supported by a fine thread of wet river stone minerality and subtle herbal lift reminiscent of chervil and dried Provençal herbs. A gentle creamy mid‑palate from brief lees ageing adds texture without weight, while bright, crunchy acidity keeps the wine energetic and dry. The finish is long, saline, and refreshing, carrying red‑berry purity and a savoury, stony edge that reflects its Barossa origins.
