The palate is bright, textural, and beautifully lifted, opening with lemon blossom, white peach, and crunchy green apple before moving into a gently savoury mid‑palate shaped by Clairette and Ugni Blanc. A fine thread of saline minerality runs through the wine, giving it a coastal, almost Mediterranean freshness, while subtle lees work adds a soft, creamy cushion without muting the acidity. The finish is long, dry, and chalk‑edged, carrying citrus pith, pear skin, and a faint herbal note that keeps the wine energetic and refreshing.
