Solara Prosecco

Bright pale straw with green hues. Lifted citrus fruits, nashi pear and granny smith apple aromas on the nose. The palate is crisp and refreshing with a fine persistent mousse and well-balanced acid. The Sunraysia region has a climate well suited for growing grapes, with warm summer days and plenty of sunshine this allows ripe fruit flavours and sugars to develop. Warm days and cool nights with medium rain fall. This led to average ripening conditions resulting in bright ripe fruit.

Fresh, vibrant, and easy-drinking, each bottle does good - and tastes even better. Vegan friendly, which means no animal products. Ever.
