Black core with a deep red–magenta rim. Complex, evolving aromas of mocha, vanilla and dark chocolate, supported by plum, spice, charry cedar, anise and grilled meat. The palate is full-bodied with juicy, soft plum fruit, layered with mocha, graphite, cedar and spice. Fine tannins provide balance and length, with subtle savoury, meaty notes lingering on the finish.
