Serrat Shiraz Viognier

A vibrant crimson purple. A truly wonderful set of wines from Tom Carson in 2021, cementing (not that it's needed) his place as one of Australia's best winemakers and the Serrat vineyard as a great, modern-day site. Seductive aromas of cherry plums, dark cherries and raspberries, graphite, sandalwood incense and star anise. Even better on the palate, which is creamy textured, bright, crunchy and perfectly balanced. The tannins are silken and long.
