It opens with aromas of elderflower, citrus blossom, fresh grape, pear skin, and a touch of citronella, lifted by subtle white pepper. Compared to many Provence whites, this cuvée is more floral, more mineral, and more texturally complete, thanks to Rimauresq’s cool, stony terroir at the foot of Notre‑Dame des Anges. On the palate, it is medium‑ to full‑bodied, silky, and bright, showing flavors of pear, lemon zest, white peach, and gentle honeyed notes, supported by fresh, citrus‑driven acidity and a clean mineral line. A faint almond‑citrus bitterness on the finish adds gastronomic tension.
