Acidity is balanced and steady, giving lift without softening the wine’s natural power, while tannins are firm, grainy, and clearly shaped, offering more grip than Mont‑Redon’s Lirac or Côtes du Rhône. The mid‑palate is dense and slightly muscular, showing hints of licorice, dried thyme, and crushed stone. The finish is long, spicy, and mineral‑lined, leaving dark‑fruit warmth and a confident tannic echo.
