Pyramid Valley Marlborough Weaver Sauvignon Blanc
A blend of 98% Sauvignon Blanc and 2% Pinot Gris sourced from three certified organic vineyards, led by the Churton Vineyard in Marlborough and complemented by fruit from Bellbird and Good Family Vineyard in North Canterbury.
Fermentation occurred across multiple vessels—two-thirds in stainless steel, 15% in concrete tulips and 17% in old oak barrels—with around 2% fermented on skins. Partial malolactic fermentation and skin contact help soften the natural acidity while preserving the variety’s hallmark freshness.
The result is a vibrant yet textural Sauvignon Blanc, layered with citrus and subtle tropical fruit, savoury meadow herbs and a bright mineral edge, finishing dry with a refreshing saline lift.
