The west-facing block used for the planting is part of his “climate change proofing” strategy. Once seen in Australia mainly as a blending grape, Chenin Blanc is increasingly being explored by smaller, quality-focused producers as a serious single varietal.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan\u003eCandied lemon and lime rind, chamomile and macadamia give way to mandarin, beeswax and bright citrus.
