Paralian Bowyer Ridge Vineyard Chardonnay

Single Vineyard Chardonnay, fruit sourced from ‘Bowyer Ridge Vineyard’, Adelaide Hills grown by the Rosback family.

Hand-picked fruit, whole bunch pressed, the free run only was drained and 100% fermented in French oak barrels. 

The vintage shows finesse and graceful line with power, all the typical hallmarks of the Bowyer Ridge Vineyard are there with the volume wound up just a touch. The wine offers gloss and richness, white florals and white peach. Some flint for complexity, green almond husk and the hallmark grapefruit acidity that leaves a lingering salivating touch.
