Notes of violet, cracked black pepper, olive tapenade, and warm granite dust weave through the mid‑palate, which remains silky, transparent, and aromatically expressive. A faint herbal‑floral edge—thyme, lavender, rose stem—adds dimension without tipping into greenness.
