The palate is dark‑fruited, spicy, and generously structured, opening with blackberry, plum skin, and dark cherry before a lifted wave of raspberry, redcurrant, and warm spice shows the Grenache influence. Acidity is fresh and balanced, giving the wine a smooth but energetic line. Tannins are fine, lightly firm, and cocoa‑edged, offering shape without heaviness. The mid‑palate is supple, juicy, and quietly savoury, showing hints of blueberry, dried herbs, and earthy spice from the Mourvèdre. There’s a subtle graphite‑mineral thread that keeps the fruit feeling focused. The finish is long, dry, and gently warming, leaving dark‑fruit tension, pepper lift, and a faint smoky‑herbal echo.
