The mid‑palate reveals notes of grapefruit pith, almond skin, chamomile, and a subtle saline‑mineral thread, blending the Mediterranean weight of Ansonica with the herbal‑nutty lift of Friulano. The finish is long, dry, and lightly saline, leaving citrus peel, orchard fruit, and a fine herbal‑mineral echo.
