The stainless‑steel élevage keeps the wine clean, bright, and mineral, allowing notes of wet slate and citrus peel to emerge as it opens. The sweetness is present but restrained, finishing more gastronomic than dessert‑like. The finish is long, gently honeyed, and subtly smoky, tapering with citrus oil, stone‑fruit skin, and a fine mineral echo.
