It opens with aromas of blackcurrant, strawberry, wild plum, and black cherry, lifted by thyme, lavender, aniseed, and garrigue herbs. Compared to many Costières‑de‑Nîmes reds, this cuvée is more polished and more aromatically expressive, thanks to Cyril Marès’ clean, modern winemaking. On the palate, it is medium‑ to full‑bodied, ripe, and concentrated, showing flavors of black fruit, plum skin, red berries, and warm spice, supported by fine, saturated tannins and a fresh mineral line.
