On the palate, the 2021 Woodlands Pinot Noir is silky, bright, and finely structured, opening with a clean line of red cherry, raspberry, and subtle plum before deepening into gentle spice and earth. The cool, long 2021 season gives the wine a taut, elegant acidity, carrying the fruit with precision while the 10% whole clusters add a faint herbal lift. The texture is supple but focused, shaped by 15 days on skins and 11 months in 500L French oak (30% new), which bring polish without heaviness. The finish is long, pure, and quietly mineral, with fine tannins tapering into red‑berry brightness.
