This second vintage is 100% handpicked and barrel fermented, delivering exceptional quality and value. A blend of three vineyard sites—including L.A.S Vino’s Barrels of Metricup and Wild Berry Springs—it features fruit from 25+ year old vines across Willyabrup, Metricup, and Treeton.

Crafted from Gin Gin clone Chardonnay, the wine spends 10 months in barrel with regular lees stirring, building texture and complexity. No malolactic fermentation preserves its bright acidity and pure fruit expression, resulting in a refined, vibrant Margaret River Chardonnay.
