Tannins are fine, soft, and lightly sandy, giving gentle structure without weight. The mid‑palate shows cranberry, rosehip, and a touch of white pepper, with a subtle earthy‑mineral thread typical of Montsant’s soils. The finish is clean, dry, and lightly savoury, leaving red berries, cherry skin, and a soft herbal‑spice echo.
