The mid‑palate shows licorice root, black pepper, dried herbs, and a subtle smoky‑mineral thread, adding savoury complexity beneath the dark fruit. The finish is long, dry, and quietly powerful, leaving cassis, spice, and a fine earthy‑mineral echo.
