The resulting wine is balanced, textural and refreshing with natural acidity. Pale yellow with a light greenish tinge. An aromatic citrus bouquet, with a subtle hint of spice. Soft, ripe orchard fruits, grippy texture and a fresh, mineral finish. Well balanced structure with good length.
