Deep intense cranberry red with brick red hues in colour. Aroma blackberry and prune with savoury spices. Palate is aromatic and spicy. Red currants and cherries are supported by a high and defining tannin profile creating a flinty aspect the wine. Black berry fruits evolve towards the finish and are meet by anise and sage flavours carried by a cranberry acid line. Grapes with great natural acid balance and freshness. The resultant wines are elegant with fruit purity and definition.
