The palate is silky, concentrated, and finely structured, opening with dark cherry, black plum, and wild strawberrylifted by bright, cool‑climate acidity that gives the wine drive and precision. Tannins are fine, chalk‑edged, and confidently firm, giving the wine a long, elegant spine typical of Clayvin. The mid‑palate shows pomegranate, forest floor, subtle spice, and a cool mineral thread, adding savoury depth beneath the dark‑red fruit. The finish is long, dry, and mineral‑lined, leaving dark cherry, spice, and a refined earthy echo.
