Tannins are fine, chalk‑edged, and confidently shaped, offering more structure and depth than the Village bottling. The mid‑palate shows pomegranate, rose petal, subtle spice, forest floor, and a cool mineral thread, adding savoury complexity beneath the vibrant fruit. The finish is long, focused, and mineral‑lined, leaving dark‑red fruit, spice, and a clean earthy‑stony echo.
