The mid‑palate shows rose petal, violet, anise, dried herbs, and a pronounced iron‑stone mineral thread, adding depth and tension beneath the red‑fruited core. The finish is long, savoury, and quietly intense, leaving red‑citrus, spice, and cool mineral‑earth echoes that unfold slowly.
