The palate is bright, structured, and finely layered, opening with red cherry, raspberry, and wild strawberry lifted by fresh, high acidity that gives the wine its signature vibrancy. Tannins are firm, fine, and chalk‑edged, youthful but beautifully shaped, offering classic Nebbiolo grip without harshness. The mid‑palate shows rose petal, blood orange, anise, dried herbs, and a cool limestone‑mineral thread, adding savoury depth beneath the red‑fruited core. The finish is long, dry, and aromatic, leaving red‑citrus, spice, and a clean, earthy‑mineral echo.
