Acidity is fresh and energetic, leaning toward the Nebbiolo side, keeping the wine taut and vibrant. Tannins are fine, powdery, and gently assertive, offering a light Nebbiolo grip wrapped in Syrah’s softer fruit. Subtle notes of rose petal, spice, and a faint savoury herb line add aromatic lift. The mid‑palate is light, silky, and quietly concentrated, showing hints of blood orange and redcurrant. The finish is long, dry, and floral, leaving cherry skin, rose, and a clean mineral echo.
