Acidity is racy and crystalline, giving the wine a long, vertical line typical of upper‑Yarra fruit. A subtle thread of flint, struck match, and wet‑stone minerality adds savoury complexity without dominating. The mid‑palate is silky, focused, and delicately concentrated, showing hints of almond meal, citrus oil, and white flowers. The finish is long, dry, and ultra‑clean, leaving chalk, citrus peel, and a cool mineral hum.
