Acidity is racy and persistent, driving the wine’s classic Nebbiolo line. Tannins are firm, fine, and long‑chained, offering that unmistakable Nebbiolo grip—assertive but elegant in the Yarra Valley frame. A subtle thread of rose petal, dried herb, orange peel, and earthy spice adds aromatic lift. The mid‑palate is transparent, mineral, and quietly concentrated, showing hints of pomegranate, tea leaf, and savoury spice. The finish is long, dry, and floral, leaving cherry skin, rose, and a clean mineral‑herbal echo.
