Tannins are firm, velvety, and slightly chewy, giving the wine a muscular Moppa profile. The mid‑palate shows dark chocolate, licorice, black pepper, and warm baking spice, with a dusty‑earth and ironstone mineral thread adding savoury depth beneath the concentrated fruit. The finish is long, warm, and deeply layered, leaving black fruits, cocoa, spice, and a persistent earthy‑mineral echo.
