A mid‑palate of white pepper, liquorice, and warm garrigue reflects the Syrah–Cabernet duet that defines Trévallon’s identity. The texture is dense yet remarkably fresh, with the domaine’s signature no‑sulphur, long‑elevage approach giving the wine both purity and depth.
