Domaine Oudin Chablis Les Serres

Domaine Oudin is a family-run winery in Chichée, born from a move away from Paris to revive a small 2-hectare vineyard and grow it into a respected Chablis producer.

Now led by Nathalie Oudin after international oenology experience, with her sister Isabelle joining in 2012, the estate focuses on traditional, low-intervention viticulture.

Their vines, around 45 years old, grow on limestone-rich, stony soils that naturally limit yields and enhance grape concentration. Vineyard work is done manually with ploughing, short pruning, and strict bud control to ensure optimal ripeness and true expression of terroir.

The “Les Serres” cuvée is a selection of the estate’s best Chablis parcels, delivering mineral-driven, precise wines that reflect classic Burgundy character with purity and depth.
