The mid‑palate is silky, generous, and subtly textural, showing hints of grapefruit pith, melon, and a faint saline‑mineral thread typical of Margaret River. There’s a light chalky phenolic grip that adds shape without heaviness. The finish is soft, dry, and medium‑long, leaving peach skin, citrus warmth, and a gentle nutty echo.
