The mix of stainless steel and large demi‑muids brings both lift and gentle texture, while the cool‑climate Limoux fruit keeps the acidity lively. The finish is pure, lightly chalky, and refreshing, echoing the Chablis‑inspired style Laroche aims for in this cuvée.
