Acidity is softened but still fresh, showing the warmth and generosity of 2017. Texture is creamy‑silky with a fine chalky line, shaped by lees and subtle oak. A thread of hazelnut, almond meal, and citrus oil adds savoury depth. The mid‑palate is broad, layered, and calmly concentrated, revealing hints of honeycomb, warm stone, and light spice. The finish is long, dry, and mineral, leaving peach skin, toasted nut, and a mellow limestone echo.
