Domaine Jean Dauvissat Père & Fils Premier Cru Fourchaumes

Fourchaume Premier Cru from Chablis shows excellent balance thanks to its southwest-facing slope in Fourchaume, allowing steady ripening even in difficult years.

The vintage had a mild winter, humid spring, dry summer, and a September harvest. Fermented with natural yeasts at 20°C, then aged on fine lees with malolactic fermentation and minimal intervention to preserve aromatic finesse.
