The palate is bright, crisp, and intensely alpine, with lemon zest, green apple, and white peach giving a taut, high‑tension entry. Acidity is racy and linear, very much in the classic Apremont style. Texture is light, chalky, and delicately saline, shaped by the white limestone scree (terres blanches) of the site. A thread of citrus pith, white florals, and cool mineral lift adds savoury detail. The mid‑palate is clean, precise, and quietly concentrated, showing hints of pear skin and fresh herbs. The finish is dry, crisp, and stony, leaving citrus peel and a cool alpine echo.
