A mid‑palate of rose petal, redcurrant, and crushed pink‑granite minerality reflects the pure granite soils of Régnié and the domaine’s feather‑light, no‑SO₂ approach. The texture is silky, lifted, and delicately structured, with the brief barrel élevage adding a whisper of roundness without masking the fruit. The finish is fresh, floral, and quietly savory, tapering with red‑berry skin, soft spice, and a clean mineral edge.
