A mid‑palate of rose petal, light earth, and chalk‑dust mineralityreflects both the clay‑limestone soils and the domaine’s native‑yeast, low‑SO₂ approach. The tannins are silky yet precise, giving the wine a clean, linear frame without austerity. The finish is fresh, savoury, and subtly floral, tapering with red‑berry skin, gentle spice, and a cool limestone echo.
