This cuvée is a precise blend from three terroirs in the commune of Vallet. The grapes are harvested carefully and brought to the press. After pressing, fermentation takes place in underground ceramic-tiled and glass-lined tanks. Malolactic fermentation is carried out and the wine is then aged on fine lees for 6 to 12 months. On the nose, passionfruit aromas with a touch of honey. Rounded and seductive on the finish.
