Tannins are fine, lightly chalky, and gently persistent, giving structure without weight. The mid‑palate reveals notes of cranberry, rose petal, subtle whole‑bunch spice, and a stony mineral thread, reflecting the granite soils of the Denton site. The finish is long, clean, and delicately savoury, leaving red fruit, florals, and a cool mineral‑spice echo.
